Dumlupınar University (DPU) is a young university which was founded in 1992. In addition to this, by developing quickly in a short time, today DPU takes place in the first ten percent of Academic Ranking of World Universities. It has a young and dynamic academic staff that was educated in the prestigious universities of our country and world. With its architecture and design, it has one of the richest and most beautiful campuses of Turkey. There are laboratories that enable advanced research opportunities. DPU offers education with over 48.000 students and its 10 faculties- Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Arts and Science, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Simav Technical Education, Faculty of Simav Technology, Faculty of Architecture and Faculty of Religious Studies; 3 colleges - College of Health, College of Physical Training and Sports and College of Applied Sciences ; 3 institutes - Institute of Social Sciences, Institute of Science and Engineering and Institute of Health Sciences and 14 vocational schools.
